Abstract
Employment rate of college graduates reflect market demand for education, it is also an important indicator to measure universities. At present, there is a great deviation between the statistical data of graduate´s employment rate and the real data, thus it loses the meaning of employment statistics. Establishing a reasonable, effective and practical monitoring mechanism is an essential and important part in employment statistics. Game theory model is used, the optimal choices of both statistics and supervision sides are derived, impact factors of probability of monitoring and reporting false data is analyzed, Methods and recommendations of reducing the probability of false statistics are proposed. It is a guide in establishing statistical monitoring system for China´s current statistics of university graduates´ employment rate.
