Abstract

The potential performance influence factors of the Chinese ´s construction companies´ enterprise tier are identified and be divided into four perspectives, which are enterprise characteristics, enterprise personnel characteristics, IT environment characteristics, system characteristics, including 38 items. Experts are surveyed about the influence factors and the model, the data are analyzed with CVR(Content Validity Ratio)method. Then the performance influence factors and model are validated and made based on the survey result.
