Abstract
This paper describes a model which simulates and predicts the dynamic radar cross section (RCS) for a moving aircraft. The model simulates the radar-aircraft engagement dynamics modelling the aircraft motion and the physical aircraft vibrations which will effect in-flight aircraft radar cross section. High frequency techniques are used for target scattering calculations. Along with the description of the dynamic situations and aircraft scattering calculations, a typical simulation was performed and the output quantities are shown.
