  • Abstract
A double locking technique is used for optical millimeter wave generation. A low frequency, subharmonic reference signal is optically transmitted. That is used after frequency multiplication for double locking a millimeter wave oscillator operating at 94 GHz. The generated millimeter wave signal has a high stability and low phase noise.
