Abstract
Enterprise solutions like CRM, ERP etc are now widening their reach from Public sector to the government arena. Adoption of enterprise solutions for E- Janraj, which is a tool for e- Municipality, will change the way the government interacts with the governed at the local level and hence improve their service delivery. Public sector XRM is an idea that has so many applications, so many private sector examples to draw from, and so many good products to deploy, that it´s very practical to consider running a democracy with a full-blow system. This paper which is second in the series of adoption of XRM attempts to identify XRM ie extended Relationship Management which is actually applying CRM ie. Customer Relationship Management as a tool for the implementation of e-Janraj. It will also highlight the cost incurred and benefits achieved in doing so.
