  • Abstract
    Scattering properties of Carbon Nano Tubes (CNTs) finite length arrays illuminated by a plane wave are investigated in a wide range of frequencies. Maximum values of scattered fields for CNT and PEC arrays are compared from GHz up to lower THz frequencies. Significant results are presented for CNTs arrays at high frequencies.
