Abstract
This paper describes a resistive Schottky-diode frequency doubler having an untuned output frequency range of 16 to 40 GHz. The multiplier uses a unique planar structure to achieve 12 dB average conversion loss, 2 dBm output power, and 20 dBC fundamental-frequency rejection.<>
