Abstract
FIDIC contract conditions are more and more used in china in recent years, according to fairness, justness, efficiency of FIDIC, a view of contract risk allocation are put forward. An experienced contractor can reasonably forecast and prevent, which is a fuzzy concept, this paper makes a special definition for this concept and a clear partition standard for the responsibility of natural disaster, which can provide reference for responsibility allocation of the contractor and owner after natural disaster, reduce the dispute and issue of both sides.
