Abstract
Firstly, this paper analyzes current situation, existent problems and their causes of talent cultivating mode in the Tourism Undergraduate Discipline, and then summarizes some classical kinds of talent cultivating modes. Based on this, it combines characteristics of engineering university and the form of Business & Administration College, at last, the paper proposes “1 + 3” talent cultivating mode in the tourism undergraduate discipline and its construction ideas.
