Abstract
This education-oriented paper gives a survey about the research work in the Sensor´s Laboratory at the TU Budapest. The results are originating from the work of students of different level: ranging from undergraduate to Ph.D. Four research areas will be highlighted: (a) a thick film laser power detector, (b) a polymer thick film pressure sensor, (c) a fibre-optic pressure sensor, (d) thick film based enzymatic biosensors, (e) highly sensitive and selective polymer gas sensors, (f) modeling of Combined Sensor Technologies. The individual areas are under research and development, and the results demonstrated here are not always complete. This paper should be observed with this consideration in mind
