  • Abstract
    As independent storage in existed Typhoon emergency command information system, prediction schema and cases are lack of semantic relations and weak in readability and relevance, which leads to unsupported intelligent retrieval and reuse, is not conducive to intelligent decision support. We applied semantic technologies through the semantic research of prediction schema and cases in emergency command system of Typhoon, proposed and implemented typhoon prevention emergency command semantic model, then constructed and annotated typhoon prevention emergency predication scheme and its case description ontology, and designed interacted semantic retrieval and intelligent decision model, finally gives the corresponding prototype system.
