Abstract
Friction abrasion and lubrication of machine tool is a professional course in mechanical specialty for engineering college. Meanwhile, it is a wide-ranging interdiscipline with a short history of development, and it includes the knowledge of friction abrasion and lubrication. The course aim at training students´ ability of integrating theory with practice and actual application in engineering. In this paper, hydrostatic technique applied in engineering example is combined with the course contents. Taking the Multi-pad constant current hydrostatic bearing as an example, through the analysis of friction abrasion and lubrication happened in hydrostatic bearing, three knowledge points, the course of friction abrasion and lubrication of machine tool, is closely combined with engineering example to provide a new way that further improving the professional course teaching effect in engineering colleges and undergraduate education.
