Abstract
The goal of this paper is to analyze the necessity of service innovation in telecommunication corporations, the four dimensional model of service innovation and the application of service innovation in telecommunication corporations. Firstly, we analyzed the definition of telecommunication service innovation and the necessity of service innovation in these corporations from three aspects. Then, we make a discussion about the four dimensional model of service innovation, which can help us to understand the definition and connotation of service innovation. Finally, we put forward the corresponding suggestions for the service innovation in telecommunication corporations basing on the analysis above.
