  • Abstract
This paper describes a 10-bit CMOS current-mode ADC with a current predictor and a modular current reference circuits. A current predictor and a modular current reference are employed to reduce the number of comparators and reference current mirrors and consequently to decrease a power dissipation. The simulation result shows a conversion rate of 10 M samples/s and a power dissipation of 110 mW
