Abstract
In this paper, index system for project evaluation of rural power network reform was established, based on the status of rural power network reform in Inner Mongolia, and according to the characteristics of large number of indicators, evaluation model of rural power network reform was proposed based on rough sets and support vector machine. In the article, the empirical analysis are done on the evaluation data of rural power network reform in Inner Mongolia, and the reformed rural network brought remarkable benefit that prove the method has high classification accuracy, the results show that the model works well, and the method is practical and feasible.
