Abstract
This paper is concerned on the reliable control problem of the nonlinear systems that experience the detectable fault. By using strictly redundant control elements, the methods to design reliable controller are presented. The resulting closed-loop nonlinear systems are reliable in the sense that they provide guaranteed local stability and H∞, performance not only all sensors and actuators are operational, but also when anyone, but only one, sensor or actuator experiences fault.
