Abstract
A time domain spectroscopy is applied to an efficient and broad band measurement of electrical properties of biological substances. Observed reflected waves by a time domain reflectometer from beef meat were analyzed by a time domain analysis covering from dc to 10 GHz. A computational technique has been developed.<>
