Abstract
The use of large f-number lens-coupled LEKIDs to focus THz radiation into the inductive area of a resonator is proposed and studied here. This configuration has the potential to achieve high sensitive detection, by increasing the focal plane receiving area, and low cross-coupling, by having more isolated resonators, whereas the whole detector array, including the lenses, has the potential to be fabricated by micro-fabrication techniques.
