For the closed-loop supply chain system which is Posed by a single manufacturer and single-vendor,introducte government´s reward and punishment. Compared and analysed pricing, recovery effort of enterprises with or without a reward and punishment among government, manufacturers and vendors. And discussed the manufacturers and vendors´ profits as well as government benefits and total social benefits under different circumstances. Studies have shown that the product sales price, enterprise´s recovery effort are related to the size of reverse logistics and the reward and punishment. At the same time when the reward and punishment is high enough, enterprises will increase their recall effort to increase their profits.
