  • Abstract
    The paper compares motor and generator modes of the thyristor operated induction machine. The stator of the machine is connected in three different configurations: ¿star¿, ¿delta¿ and ¿delta with thyristors inside¿. The motor and the generator modes are compared for these three configurations. The simulation results are validated by the experimental results.
