Reliability program for mill maintenance

This paper discusses the reliability process as a whole and the implementation of this process at one location, Bowater Coated Paper Division. In the general discussion of reliability, it explores the different thoughts about what is important to a thorough reliability program and discusses many of the different methods being taught. This section of the paper should provide an explanation of what "reliability focused maintenance" means and the people and processes that are involved in it. The second section of the paper discusses the implementation of a reliability process at Bowater Coated Paper Division\´s Catawba, SC site.
