Abstract
Many of the problems encountered by electrical engineers in performing their tasks can be easily solved if they have a ready source of reference material. For the Pulp and Paper Industry, technical papers presented at the various annual conferences of TAPPI, IEEE, and PAPTAC (formerly CPPA) are an ideal base for such a library. To that end, a bibliography of Pulp and Paper related electrical engineering papers presented from 1966-2000 has been compiled by subject index. The bibliographic entries have been entered into a MS Access database and included on a CD-ROM. The authors only take responsibility for the entries from 1990 to 2000. The entries from 1977 to 1988 have been copied from the "Electrical Engineering Pulp and Paper Bibliography 1977-1989" by N.R. Rutherford and the entries from 1966-1976 have been copied from the "Electrical Engineering Pulp and Paper Bibliography 1966-1976" by C.R. Furlong and R.O. Meihofer. Papers presented at more than one conference have been listed by their first presentation.
