  • Abstract
    In order to solve the existing problems of Modern service Operation Support System (MOSS) in Modern Service industry, such as lacking of intelligent decision-making capability, this paper brings us a group of business intelligent operation modes. Firstly, this paper presents a prediction and clustering operation mode for the enterpri.se users, so as to help the sellers to manage operating status to prevent the employees from decreasing. Secondly, this paper puts forward a general evaluating operation mode, which provides the referenced values for the buyers according to the consumers´ preference. Finally, the association operation mode is given, which calculates the association of service components so as to make optimized service process for MOSS administrators.
