Effects of Export on Technological Innovation: An Analysis Based on the Current Economic Crisis

China´s export has been inevitably impacted by the current economic crisis, and many export enterprises are striving against the pressure of international market. Further and continual development of these enterprises depends on technology innovation, thus, this paper tries to identify the other side of the current crisis influences namely the technological innovation opportunity. The finding is that technological innovation can be improved through competition effect and spillover effect by means of learning by exporting and connection. The corresponding policies and measures are also explored.
