Abstract
Multi-static scattered field measurements of a man-made lossy target are presented. The difficulty of the current experiments relies in the low amplitude of the scattered fields as the chosen target is a part of a microwave absorber. Nevertheless, the quality of the reconstructions obtained at 18 GHz with a full non-linear inversion algorithm presented here can be considered as a proof of the quality of the measurements and of the inversion process.
