  • Abstract
    The identification work of the aero-engine altitude test is influenced directly by the quality and accuracy of the pressure control of the intake and exhaust. In this paper, these aspects, including: the hardware structure, the software function, the digital PID engineering improvement method of the digital pressure regulation plat, and the GE90-70 based semi-physical simulation test bed construction are introduced in detail. Many advanced control techniques developed for intake and exhaust control system have been applied to the multi-type engine altitude simulation tests successfully, improved the simulation accuracy of the altitude and Mach number greatly, as well as the quality of the simulation.
