Strategic consideration on development of Zhejiang ocean economy

As it started relatively late, the development of Zhejiang ocean economy is relatively backward. To develop Zhejiang ocean industrial economy, we must further enrich and promote the idea of ocean economy, increase the concentration on ocean development from "industry concept" to "economy concept", and regroup the basic work idea from a strategic viewpoint, in accordance with the requirements of scientific outlook on development. Specifically, we can carry out the work solidly from such respects as figuring out the subject of ocean economic development from the angle of guiding ideology, making clear the role positioning of the government in ocean economic development from the angle of system (enhancing the market-oriented government positioning), making an overall planning for Zhejiang ocean economy development from the angle of strategic layout, and increasing investment on ocean economic research financially, so as to advance the level of Zhejiang ocean economic development.
