  • Abstract
    Private enterprises are changing economic development methods, which is of great significance and reality. The success of Geely Holdings Group depends on: 1. Geely Holdings Group is good at combination which is another form of innovation. By combination, Geely gains new power for development and innovation for the whole nation and world. 2. Focusing on attracting and cultivating talents, which is the basis for Geely. 1 ) providing colleges for fostering talents, thus cultivating suitable talents for enterprises. 2) Attracting talents by career with sound mechanism for gathering top-level talents from all over the world. 3) Developing by practice and activating potentials in order to find highly competent people. 3. Create the best return on investment 1) laying more emphasis on studying policies and cultivating discerning talents to find potential opportunities for profit. 2) fully use brands power to occupy as much land and other scarce resources as possible. 3) fully use brands power to attract more capital.
