Research on Green Supply Chain Construction and Operation of Automobile Enterprise

"The green" has become a global topic; countries around the world have made more and more strict environmental protection laws and regulations for the enterprises. The automobile enterprises have been urgently required to reduce the pollution to the environment and to realize the production and operation activities green finally. What\´s more, the implementation of green supply chain is one of the symbols of harmonious society, and therefore the study of automobile enterprises green supply chain construction and operation has theory and practical significance. This paper draws out the green supply chain construction model of automobile enterprises based on the green supply chain operation reference model (GSCOR model), then explains the specific operations of the green automotive manufacturing supply chain in the fourth part from four core components: green procuring, green manufacturing, green delivering and green recycling.
