New sharing access regulation for core’s network

In this paper we propose a study of the quality of service in the core network of a whole sell provider. As a first step, we specify the issues for this type of network. Then, we will explore implemented approaches and the changes they cause on these networks: After we will propose a new improvement of the system. Finally, we will evaluate this approach as part of a testing platform.
