Abstract
The contribution points to the importance of boundary surface in analysis and design of sequential circuits. Without knowledge the morphology of the boundary surface can not be explained the failure - the oscillation of elementary memory cell, impossibility or ambiguity of its control, i.e. overwrite the information in memory. Change parasitic capacities or inductance associated with the technological procedure for the production of chips, can also cause unexpected behavior the multiple valued memory. The answer to these problems again offers the computation of boundary surface and the subsequent viewing of its morphology.
