Abstract
MIMO transmission capacity provided by planar ESPAR (P-ESPAR) antennas configured with patch elements is studied. By using the IEEE 802.11n standard channel model, we show that the P-ESPAR antenna can achieve higher performance than single patch antenna in simulation for 2times2 MIMO transmission
