Abstract
In the electron multiplication process under the condition of low pressure and high electric field, that is high E/n condition, reflected electrons at the anode surface may play an important role because the ionization by collisions is not the dominant process under the conditions. The purpose of the investigation is to measure the yield and the reflected electron energy distribution at the anode surface which has many impurities such as oxidized layer
