  • Abstract
    In this paper, we analyze the security access domain in the third generation communication system (3G) is vulnerable to Man in the Middle (MitM) attack and denial of service (DoS). Basing on deep analysis of Authentication and Key Agreement (AKA) protocol, we formally established the MitM-DoS attack models in the wireless network and in the wired network. Aiming at the vulnerability in the access domain of 3G, finally, a new defense strategy modeling is demonstrated in the paper.
