Abstract
To achieve effective information interaction among enterprises in collaborative production, a unified collaborative production information model was constructed. By integrated modeling methods of IDEF and UML, the static models and dynamic models of collaborative production information were established, which realized the dynamic and multilevel indication of collaborative production information. Furthermore, an information interaction mechanism based on XML was proposed which defined the data interactive interface of entire collaborative production process to ensure the internal data of each member enterprise transformed with the interaction standard. XML schema was used to provide a unified format for information interaction among different application systems to ensure the interoperability and consistency of the information interaction. Meanwhile, the interaction mechanism adapts Web Service and the SOAP protocol to provide a unified interactive interface to support a wide range of enterprise system. Finally, specific example of enterprise application verified the validity of the unified model and the feasibility of information interaction mechanism.
