Abstract
IT project risk control in the process of project development is increasingly important, risk evaluation and optimization of IT projects are the main tasks of risk management for managers, and also the key factors in the success of the project. In this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is presented to establish risk evaluation model to assess different risk factors on the impact of IT projects, moreover, a risk optimal control model and a dynamic programming algorithm are put forward. Finally an example of using above methods to solve a discrete problem is given. The study of the text provides strong support on the effective management and quantitative control on IT project risk, which can improve the success rate of IT projects.
