Abstract
Innovation is fountainhead of gaining competitive power for the enterprise. Therefore, the sustainable innovation of the enterprise is premise the and foundation for the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage, and it is also an important guarantee of maintaining its competitive advantage and the realization of sustainable development. The entrepreneur is the pusher of the innovative activities of enterprise. Neglecting the establishment of the evaluation to the entrepreneur will cause the business economic efficiency being low and the enterprise´s sustainable innovation being immersed in trouble. The effective entrepreneur evaluation can help the enterprise get the sustainable innovation. Though introducing the characteristics of the entrepreneur, this article gave us a new method to inspect the entrepreneurpsilas sustainable innovation. The unascertained measurement model was used to inspect that whether or not the entrepreneur have innovation, which is useful for the enterprise to get the effective and efficient development. Moreover, the enterprises were given an effective and helpful inspection to promote the entrepreneurpsilas sustainable innovation.
