  • Abstract
Control theory and methods of the spare parts inventory for space equipment maintenance, concerns with a good many of factors, such as historical data analysis, model extraction on required assignment, and equipment reliability analysis. Constraint condition of this control is complicated and changing dynamically, moreover, its procedure is nonstructural. Therefore, after large amount information of spare parts in stock integrated and analyzed, an inventory control model, based on statistical analysis, is presented in this paper. This model mainly included the definition of inventory ratio n and its distribution. Inventory ratio along with time n(t) which accorded with Weibull distribution was pointed out. Meanwhile, task and task section H(t) were defined as constraint condition. Strategy of inventory rate was obtained ultimately. Applied experimental results show that, this method is efficient, and can provide a lowest inventory ratio for spare parts.
