  • Abstract
    On the basis of the characteristics of the mechanical fundamentals industry, this article discusses the features of supply chain management innovation, explores new measures for supply chain management innovation, establishes a strategic supply chain management model, and probes into the implementation of the strategic model, the strategic supply chain system would respond more quickly and promptly to customerspsila problems and requirements and it would greatly shorten the reaction time of the customers and the supply chain. The wonderful mutual cooperation enables the enterprises to greatly decrease their stock in trade and trade cost, realizes the effective, prompt and valuable supply chain management model, and lays a solid foundation to the improvement of the overall competitiveness of all enterprises of the same kind. hoping to offer an effective way for enterprises to promote their supply chain management innovation and improve their market competitiveness.
