Abstract
Scientific and technological innovation work which carried out through team work becomes increasingly important. The corresponding scales were developed on the basis of defining the team cognition match, team collaboration and collaborative efficiency of team. 84 valid questionnaire data were analyzed in software SPSS16.0, the results of factor and regression analysis showed: the greatest impact on satisfactory results is cognition of work mode, the greatest impact on future viability is innovation awareness, their combined influence effects were 0.938, 0.711 in turn.
