Abstract
As an important part of enterprise management performance evaluation, there is a large number of data which reflect the performance situation of employee not to be good to order and to use. So, Enterprises need tools what can automatically extract useful information from the data hiding from the database and sum up the internal law to solve this problem. The paper describes the basic theory of data mining and the status of human resource performance management, through the application of the decision tree in performance analysis, finds the real reasons affecting employees´ performance, discovers the performance regulars, gives an effective way to manage enterprise performance, thus, improves performance management strategy and staff productivity, supports management decision-making, and help s enterprises to achieve its sustainable development, upgrades enterprise efficiency.
