Abstract
Application of Volterra series made it possible to develop an appropriate model for a nonlinear radar facility investigations of the mathematical model to estimate the influence of nonlinear radar on the formation and dispersal of an unmasking signal. The model also takes into account the physical the processes in a semiconductor when subjected to a microwave field of a nonlinear radar.
