Abstract
The design principles and technology of fabrication of key elements of 5-mm band communication systems are developed. 5-mm band LNA, power amplifiers, mixers and synthesizers are developed and produced. The noise figure of LNA is 4 dB, saturated power of power amplifier is 100 mW, the phase noise of LO signal is -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz.
