Research on the Business Model of Equipment Manufacturing Industry of Yunnan Province in Open Innovation Environment

In today\´s competitive environment which has highly uncertainty with rapid technological development, "open innovation" has gradually become the dominant model of enterprise technological innovation, and the business model which matches with open innovation has certainly important influence on successful implementation of the open innovation. This article has combined the business model based on the value chain with the open innovation and putted forward the business model of Yunnan equipment manufacturing industry and the corresponding countermeasures of its construction in open innovation environment.
