Discussions on Cultivation Patterns of Practical Skilled Talents

Railway informationization has the characteristics of "large coverage scope, crossover and associated information, and standard and orderly system", railway information has higher requirements on practical skilled talents, and the higher vocational colleges must completely integrate talent cultivation modes from teaching idea, curricula system, teaching mode and teaching methods. The thesis proposes the cultivation mode of "large platform, small module, fuzzy group, and re-orientation", with the purpose of cultivating the students to form the knowledge structure of "one major, multiple skills and broad knowledge domains", make efforts to reach "one major, and capable of 2 or 3 other majors, and jack of all trades", so as to adapt to the fast railway development.
