  • Abstract
    DEA method is introduced to this paper after a brief describing of the study on the present situation of the enterprise innovation efficiency. Then based on the input and output statistical data of technology innovation of Chinese high technology industry in 2007, and after by setting up input-output index system of technology innovation efficiency, input-oriented BCC and CCR model are used to discuss pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. Furthermore, input redundancy and output inadequacy of inefficient DMUs are explored. Studying on the technology innovation efficiency using the method of DEA has important theoretical and practical significances. The results indicates: DEA method can put in order to innovation efficiency of high technology industry, give a modified plan and provide a better reference to operating department.
