Research on the Rate of Building Areas of Resettlement Housing and Commercial Housing in the Reconstruction of the Village-in-City

At present reconstruction of the Village-in-City across the country have been in full swing. Developers are all involved in the transformation of Village-in-City. This article mainly use ideas on game and combine with cost theory to determine for the rate of building areas of resettlement housing and commercial housing(R/C) based on the pattern of the combination of "government + developers + villagers". Thus it provides the scientific foundation for government to confirm the proportion of the whole land in order to help settle down the villagers in the reconstruction of the Village-in-City.
