Application of Gray Comprehensive Evaluation Model in Military Materials Procurement Supplier Selection

It is very important for the military procurement departments to select supplier scientifically. The selection of suppliers has a direct impact on the efficiency of military materials procurement. This paper proposes the gray comprehensive evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process and the grey correlation analysis. Firstly, it describes the principle and steps of gray comprehensive evaluation model. And then it designs the evaluation index system of military materials supplier. Finally the model is proved to be feasible and reasonable through the empirical study of the supplier selection process of a troop. The paper provides a new method for the selection of military materials supplier.
