Implementation of UNDP 403 distance teacher training system using Struts+Hibernate Frame

This paper presents a distance teacher training system implemented using Struts+Hibernate, which is a portion of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) 403 project. The system is used for providing training to in-service female teachers, substitute teachers and ethnic/language minority teachers in Gansu Province, China. The paper begins with an introduction about the UNDP 403 project initiatives and presents the projects objectives, Struts+Hibernate implementation strategy of a distance teacher training system, and conclusions.
