Abstract
Cylindrical roller bearing is often used in aeroengine main-shaft system because of its excellent capability working at high speed and heavily loaded condition. With the promotion of aeroengine performance both the higher speed and higher temperature etc., the dynamic working performance of the bearing attract more and more researcher´s attention. This paper attempt to achieve a more accuracy simulation of aeroengine main-shaft high speed cylindrical bearing´s working dynamic performance by taking the cage´s flexibility into consideration. The bearing´s dynamic equations is established using a modified Craig-Bampton substructure mode synthesis method. Rigid-flexible dynamic simulation software is developed based on the available commercial software MSC. ADAMS/SOLVER. Simulation of a real aeroengine main-shaft bearing were carried out with different working condition, structure parameters and all the effect of these parameters were studied based on the simulation results. It can be concluded that the rigid-flexible coupled dynamic model is more satisfactory than the rigid one when compared to the experiment results; Cage´s flexible vibration can cause an alternating concentrated stress and structure optimization should be carry out based on the cage´s flexibility analysis; The slip ratio increase with the rise of ring´s speed, decrease of radial loading and increase of the bearing´s radial clearance, inner ring´s speed variation has more remarkable effect then that of outer ring.
